Stay was super nice and even recognized us from 2 weeks prior. The staff at the coffee shop was fantastic and went above and beyond assisting us. The shuttle driver is an extremely hard working individual and when we went to the airport I realized I lef my carry-on satchel with our legal papers, medication and money bag with over $500 in it. He called the hotel and they told me they had it at the front desk and we stayed at airport and he drove back and bought it to me in record time and didn’t delay out COPA checked bag drop at all. We've stayed here 4 times in 2 years and if we're flying out this is our go to hotel.

Stains on carpets and shower glass clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. I had to take an early morning flight to David, Panama so I decided to stay close to the airport but I’d rather pay uber to get me into Casco Viejo and stay at a hotel there since this hotel was pretty gross. Food was decent though, better than Riande which is the only other option close to the airport.

I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to airport and shuttle service in the early mornings. The pool added to its attraction. However ,checkout was to early .;) Thank youfor a comfortable stay and wonderful amenities like the iron and hair dryer .I did not had to ask to borrow. The staff who attended to me at reception was very courteous .And payments online went well too.I had no hiccups.Thank you once more .

The cleaning crew was excellent Jakelyn was always checking on us to make sure we have everything we needed. The restaurant was great also I the waiters were so professional and friendly. Most of them spoke English wish was a plus to have.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Did not appreciate that I had to call service staff and front desk three times for an extra bath towel as had 3 gusts in room (which they knew) and never got. Over hour and a half or longer. So went out in and found a staff member who went and got one. Other than that was a nice property.

The AC didn't work that well and the bathroom are dingy - they haven't been cleaned well over the years. Also the dinner prices are not equivalent to the quality of food. Breakfast was good, but still a expensive for what was offered.
