we had a very late arrival just before midnight. The desk staff not helpful. Bellhop very pushy to help. I told him no but he took my bags then i felt obligated to tip. I paid for king they gave me 2 beds. had to go back down haggle for the king bed- he originally said they didnt have- got the king bed room and i believe it was the staff booty call room. Not near as clean as you would expect a crowne plaza. Just OK.

Room is clean, bed comfortable, check in quick and easy, staff kind. Took uber for $6 instead of shuttle. It only runs every hour and we would have had to wait around 40 minutes

I am a victim of 9 years stalking with 2 counts sexual assault survivor and aggravated cyperstalking and while at the restaurant as I sat at the table I was attacked by two black female workers with man in the middle spoof attacks With inappropriate comments of flirting and stares obviously by my stalkers. To carry forth such harassment these employees also employees at your front desk who check in guests need to be fired from any occupation concerning tourism and hospitalality and do not represent the positive customer approach of Crown Plaza Hotel. I wasted approximately $500.00 for this harassment from October 20 to 23, 2025. These 2 employees were to represent Crown Plaza Hotel and not the pranks of Sonya R. Rodriquez, my Stalker, a person who had me sexually assaulted twice in the United States, a known convicted felon and alleged drug dealer and drug pusher in metro Atlanta, GA And her accomplice Mainor Buccar Vasquez of Heredia, Costa RICA an umemployed citizen who is also my stalker as I also reside in Costa Rica.
