CHALET AVANTGARDE is a decidedly modern design, exclusive holiday home and we promise the guests a first-class experience!
The view from the chalet goes directly to 9 four-thousand mountains in 3 mountain ranges.
The chalet is classified with 4 STARS by the Swiss Tourism Federation.
HOUSE: With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for 4 people. Possible up to 6 people with extra beds. Upstairs large living-dining area, 3.50 m high and with floor to ceiling panoramic windows to the south. See floorplans and photos. You will be surprised by the very exclusive interior design!
The house is located above the village Törbel on the small road to the Moosalp.
SPRING / SUMMER / AUTUMN: The time from late March to early May is characterized by the melting snow, on clear days, it is very beautiful, but there is no fresh green growing = a quiet time. From the beginning of May, the spring awakens with power. Around 20th June cows-move to the alp with additional cow fight. At beginning of July the alpine meadow around the house is mowed, enjoy until then the sea of flowers. On the Moosalp, a nationally known hiking paradise, regularly locally embossed festivals are celebrated in August. Late summer beginns with the cows move down from the alp approx 10th Sept. The cows are then in the meadows around the chalet, so you can enjoy the sound of the bells. From 20th September to early October rut of the deers located below the 'Moosalp-Bannwald' with impressive tubes. From mid-October the open larch forest is colored gold - a colourfull impression which is hardly incredible in its intensity! The highlight of the clenched luminosity comes from the 20th October to 10th November. From November to Christmas very quiet, in good weather very clear day with the best view of the now snowy mountains.
WINTER: The season in the ski area of Moosalp / Bürchen (9 lifts until 2 550 m) is open from Christmas until 20th March. The ski area is accessible 1 000 m from the chalet, sometimes also runs a ski bus. Ski passes are priced low and there is also the possibility of scorecards.
Big ski resorts in the vicinity: Grächen, Saas Grund each 30 minutes driving time, Saas Fee 35 min and Zermatt 1 hour.
ARCHITECTURE: The exterior design is based on the local chalet style, but solubilisation of all heavy, but the principle of visual lightness has set itself the goal. The dedicated lightness comes in convincing detail solutions repeatedly expressed. The interior is characterized by a both exclusive and explicitly modern-sounding, native larch.
ARRIVAL: Saturdays.
LAST MINUTE: If the chalet is not booked 14 days before the usual start of the rental period (=Saturday), there is a 30% discount, for 7 days in advance there is a 40% discount. The discount is automatically included in the displayed prices by the system.
COMPLETE PRICE with CLEANING: the price quoted is always a complete price including eg. heating, electricity, towels, bed linen, and 'Kurtaxe'. Final cleaning is included at 130 € in the price displayed, it is independent of the rental period.
