So expensive for what it is. Fridge was broken, food went off and ice machine broken to boot. There was a lineup of folks complaining. No view. Sketchy area. Dated room. Uncomfy bedding. Won't come again. Don't waste your money when you can stay at the Black Rock for the same price.

Okay but not worth the price

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable but for the price we paid we were disappointed. Needed maintenance updates. Fire table broken, communal kitchen unclean and needed better materials such as bowls. The sliding door didnt work properly, people smoking on balconies every night, pop machines out of order.

Property only had 1washer and 1 dryer for the entire property and you could only use the facility 9am to 9 pm, not good. Staff came and shut down laundry because it’s attached to another guest room and would disturb the guest. I understand that but that’s when you do laundry at evening hours when you get back to property after touring the area. Property needs to add more washers and dryers and move the facility away from the guests rooms.

The Canadian Princess was a good stay. Staff were friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a short walk into town on nicely paved walkways. Great restaurants nearby. The aquarium is worth a visit.

Booked a 'waterview' room, was given a room that looked at another room instead. Finally moved to a waterview room. Let's just say there's a reason advertising photos are taken at night. If you're on ground floor, be prepared to wake up between 5:30 and 8 by clunking footsteps above you on the wood deck. Very walkable location though.
