Property Layout: This two-level studio condo is the perfect retreat for your getaway, especially for those who enjoy walking and exploring downtown. Conveniently located, it’s just a short stroll to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom features a queen bed, clothing storage, and stunning water views, creating a serene and relaxing sleeping space.
On the main floor, you’ll find a double-size memory foam pull-out couch, ideal for additional guests. The open-concept living and dining area boasts breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, making it the perfect spot to unwind. 1 Free parking spot ONLY.
During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
Within the building there is a SHARED laundry facility. We supply laundry detergent.
Pet Policy: 1 dog max and must be owner approved. Sorry no cats!
We do offer discounted monthly stays during our slow season (Nov-Dec).
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy:
• We require 30 days' notice.
• If you cancel outside of these periods, you'll receive a full refund (minus any pesky Airbnb fees they may collect).
• If you cancel within these time periods, the reservation is non refundable
