Perfect North Shore Get-away

The condos are right on the shore! Beautiful veiw, all have decks facing the shore. Close enough to hear the waves inside your condo! Very close to Temperance State Park! The kitchen was fully stocked and even had a dishwasher. Very spacious. We rented a 1-bedroom and it also had a loft we two twin mattresses, could easily be pushed together to make a queen and a pull out couch. Wood and matches was supplied for the fireplace. And bring a swimsuit, there's a nice pool and hot tub. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Barb and Kayla at the front desk were amazing. Kayla delivered some supplies to our cabin that we needed in an emergency. Barb was really understanding when our firends who stayed a different resort lost power and needed to come over and use our facilities. She was very hospitable.

The floor lamp next to the couch needs to be thrown away. The plastic that normally encapsulates one of the light bulb sockets was missing. On this particular lamp that is where the push button switch to turn on the light is located. So, in the dark when you are fumbling around to attempt to turn on the light you could be a bit surprised. I unplugged the lamp. Throw it away.

You can't beat the location. Steps from Superior. We could hear waves crashing all night. The place was a tad dated but clean and well equipped.

We had an amazing time at Lutsen Sea Villas! The quiet, spotless townhome with gorgeous Lake Superior views was perfect. We loved cozying up by the fireplace and the kids loved chilling in the huge loft. The kitchen was nice for our quick meals. The kids had a super time shredding Lutsen Mountains’ awesome ski slopes nearby!

The Sea Villa had the most beautiful views from the sliding glass door!!! We made a fire in the wood burning fireplace and admired the waves hitting the rocks. My 12 year olds loved the loft, and actual mattresses were a plus!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. TV worked great!! We were able to watch a game with no issues. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. I forgot my glasses in the villa after we left. They were so kind to ship them back to me!! Wonderful customer service!! My family will be back! Thank you Lutsen Sea Villas!

It was a great location, very clean, rustic, and right on the lake. Each unit is individually owned and decorated, ours was clearly loved for many years dating some pictures of the owners I would guess back to the 70’s-80’s. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was great, sauna and hot tub were HOT which was awesome after a day filled with hiking in the snow.

This place was cool. I’d stay there if you’re going ski for sure. It’s close to Lutsen. It’s probably a 10 min drive. Views are out of this world and hot tub is warm after a hard day of leaving it on the mountain. The place is better than any thing has to offer. The hospitality was great also. The Lady at counter deserves a raise. She’s on her a game for service too.

My daughter and I have been coming here now for three years now. It is our new favorite spot. We used to love a resort in Two Harbors, but it has changed ownership and with that, many things changed. If you haven't been to the Lutsen Sea Villas, you must go!!
