The hotel is located close to the station, with lots of restaurants and izakayas nearby. The lobby was very modern but the rooms were a little shabby. Being close to the station, there was a lot of noise - not very well sound proofed. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection of food and beverages to choose from.

徳島のホテルはいろいろ泊まったことがありますが、ここは初。バスタブ、シャワーヘッド、洗面台、とてもいいものを使っていました。水圧はちょっとだけ低めかな。掃除は行き届いており、快適。朝食はよく頑張っていました。宿泊客以外にもたくさん客が来ていました。近隣のホテルから来たのかな？そば米汁、フィッシュカツは懐かしい味でした。リピありです。

立派な設備等の割に宿泊費が安いただし和事で使うのには朝食が高いので外で食べるしかない。今の時代朝食付きがありがたい無料の場合シンプルなモノで十分です

スタッフの方が皆さん、笑顔で対応してくださいました。どなたもとても感じが良く、仕事での宿泊でしたが、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。朝食ビュッフェに郷土料理があり、勝手が分からずに盛り付けようとしたところ、担当の方がさりげなく近づいて来られて手順や料理の解説をしてくださいました。また、チェックアウト後にフロントへ荷物を預けて、少しだけ朝の散歩に行こうと、小雨の中折り畳み傘を持って出かけようとしたところ、別の方が、わざわざビニール傘を出してきてくださいました。気配りが素晴らしいと思いました。(自分の傘があったので丁重に辞退しましたが)
