Good Location, Tiny Room.

My husband & I stayed here for two night at the end of a 10 day trip to Japan. We knew the room was small but it was really small. We had three suitcases so it was challenging to pack up or get ready in the morning. It is very central in Shibuya and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. We were also able to send out bags here from our previous hotel. The check-in/out process was very easy. There is also a good pizza restaurant in the lobby & a Mikkeller pour house downstairs. We would only stay here again if it was for a night or two only.

Great location with very helpful and friendly staff, the small pizza and cheese restaurant was very convenient and the cafe/ bar at street level had some great beers. The room was on the small size with no real place for suit cases but it was very clean with a lovely shower.

I want to preface this review by stating this is the first hotel I stayed in during my first trip to Japan. The location is incredible especially if you have large luggage because it is very close to Shibuya Station. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find because it's an elevator door and not a typical entrance. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but I think that is typical for Japan. The hotel staff was great and so helpful. I had tickets to an event sent to the hotel waiting for me upon arrival. The staff also arranged for my luggage to be sent to a hotel in Osaka. The food was excellent, I enjoyed breakfast twice during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and they provided slippers and umbrellas that were needed. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again next time I come to Japan.

Everything was perfect about this hotel, one small suggestion would be better signage outside indicating entrance to lobby. We walked by it twice before finding entrance, other than that would definitely recommend it too others and stay here again when in town.

Great hotel

All day place is very comfortable, clean, and has welcoming staff. The size of the room was great for a couple. Location is perfect for exploring Shibuya, with easy access to Shinjuku, and Harajuku. The food in the hotel is a little pricy for the quality, the vending machine was completely empty, and filtered water is only in one location without a vessel to bring it back to your room. Small inconveniences for an otherwise delightful stay. Would recommend.

Standard Tokyo hotel in it's class as to room size and amenities. Good location. Staff was extremely young, but friendly. Overall I would keep it on my list of hotel choice as a frequent traveler to Tokyo if they would fix their internet. The internet service was terrible and I would need to go elsewhere to get any business done. Fix the internet and I'd keep it on the top 3 of my usual hotels in that area.

Great location

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating. Some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on sheets, carpet and mattress) but overall good for the location. Love the Appelles toiletries, one of my favorite brands!
