Helpful employees when checking into my hotel for the first time. My room was fresh and clean and everything was functioning perfectly. I have no complaints with the service that was provided and I would definitely rebook here when I come back to Tokyo. Plus the location of the hotel is very close to a train station.

The attention to detail is great. They even have different coloured cups so a couple/friends won't get their cups mixed up. The room was a bit small but otherwise 10/10
