Fantastic experience for my first time trip to Japan. The staff and service was excellent! Good communication too, even in English. If you don’t want to spend money on a fancy hotel and looking for just a good place to stay then I’d recommend. Especially if you’re looking to stay in Akihabara!

I would rate it 3.5 stars if I can. Very basic hotel, was staying at level 2 next to he microwave which added to food stench in the room. Check in was really slow. But good location and clean enough.
