I really liked the location, as it is close to many train stations. There are also many stores and restaurants nearby so you can find everything super close. I would like to be able to checkout at 11am instead of 10am.
The room was very small, with a double bed that barely fit one adult comfortably. The bathroom was even more cramped. Overall, the space felt like a shoebox—tight, lacking cleanliness, and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it was a terrible stay.
The room was really small, which we knew ahead of time. Location was great for exploring Tokyo, a 5 minute walk from Suehirocho station on the Ginza line. Staff were amazing, I would give more than 5 stars if possible, super friendly and so helpful. As stated, the room was small but packed with amenities, slippers, robes toiletries including toothbrush toothpaste razors etc. The area is a little funky but felt very safe. Staff were as good as you could find - if I ran a hotel I would hire them all.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff are great, Wifi was not great in our hotel room, our floor always smelled like smoke and the hotel is so much smaller then what the pictures show on the website
Staff speaks good english, the room itself is very small, bathroom very small but since we mostly used it to sleep since I knew we would be out all the time is not bad, but with big luggage is hard for 2 to move around, this hotel is in the middle of everything lots of restaurants close by across the street shopping everywhere you can walk everywhere I really liked that. Staff provides you with coffee and green tea each day theres a kettle and small fridge in the room very helpful.
There was no air condition even thought that was listed as an amenity on Expedia- and the windows were unable to be opened resulting in the worst sleep I got on my stay in Japan. I slept with the door to my hotel room open which is actually insanely unsafe- good thing this was in Japan. When I contacted the front desk they said they could turn off the heat and turn on ventilation but the vent was blowing hot air all night despite multiple calls to the front desk. 0/10 don’t recommend any apa hotel just in case you get stuck without ac or windows on a hot night.
Amazing staff and nice area of akihabara to stay in. Not too far from don quijote and arcades around there just watch out for the girls handing out maid cafe pamphlets lol
