Superbly basic room. For a 11sqm room size, it is ideal for 1 person with 1 bag. It was mad cramp for 2 person with 2 medium-sized luggages. We walked sideways, banged my head, legs, arms as I tried to maneuver in that room. It was too frustrating. Bed-end slopes due to its overuse as a corner seat, no proper mugs (only disposable papercups for each day of stay), not even reusable cups for brushing teeth, and no safe in the room. Granted it is clean, its public bath facility is good, staffs were good, too. But we won't stay here again due to the room size. We stayed in a small room before (~15sqm) but this was waaayyy too challenging for comfort.

Quiet and close to at least three different train stations. Excellent buffet style breakfast with everything I wanted. Close to a mall with food and small shops along the main street. Within walking distance of Tokyo Tower, the Rainbow Bridge and Shibuya. I intended on returning soon.

Room is small as expected so it was definitely hard to open luggage’s but we survived it was just me and my husband don’t expect to fit a whole family of 4 in here .. it’s kinda like a motel ish style buildings. It’s kinda an open concept when you get off the elevator . Location to the train station is good just around the corner .. lines are close to the loop & airport. I would stay here again if it was just me and my husband. Ohh yeah you won’t be able to use the bath house if you have tattoos . Also I love the robes they provide in the room wish I could take it home lol !!

The hotel is located in a really good area of Tokyo. Close to major stations and whatnot. The property itself is quite nice. Parking isn’t as clear as it is though. The parking is behind the building and the signage for it on the ground is almost embedded into the tiles which makes it unclear as to whether a car can actually pull into it or not. Paying for parking was complicated as it wasn’t clear from the beginning that the hotel is supposed to give you a parking voucher when it’s advertised as self parking. The parking company and hotel are separate so without the voucher from the hotel, you could be overcharged for parking and the hotel can’t do anything about that which also isn’t clear.

Definitely a language barrier. Checked into our room and it was completely warm, heater was on we tried to switch to air conditioning. We called the front desk and was told that it’s temperature controlled. They had all rooms to heater mode. They sent a fan for us but it made so much noise and it only circulating heat even though we turned of hvac.
