The hotel was located a minute from the subway line which made getting around on the train easy. The hotel was nice, but the rooms were quite small unless you had a room with two beds. The pillows were very flat and did not have any structure inside of them for any kind of head support. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Japanese pillows are usually underwhelming but these were incredibly flat, so bring your own if you want more than 2 inches of pillow… otherwise a great stay in a super good location!

Staff went above and beyond. Even helped us make a reservation for a restaurant because the website only accepted Japanese input. Also set up luggage transfer to another hotel that didn't hold luggage. Basically just made a lot of calls for us when we didn't ask. Rooms were tiny (just a double) but it was all we needed. Although if you are a big guy (6ft) might want to book a bigger room.

This hotel is located in a great neighbourhood! There’s access to the station and a ton of shopping and food options. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were slightly disappointing. Our room was service and they tossed our clothes into the corner of the washroom. They often didn’t restock the coffee/tea but just gave us empty cups. A couple of times they forgot to give us replacement towels from the ones that they took away. Yet, the counter staff were super friendly and amazingly helpful, unlike the cleaning staff.

Everything was great during my visit, just the last day they turned on the heater so I had to turn off the a/c and open the window. Other than that great place! Too bad APA doesn’t let you control whether heater is on or off. But I love staying in APA hotels!

Staff was lovely. Room was more spacious than the previous APA hotel I had stayed at a few days prior. Cleanliness was questionable as the bathroom had a strong musty smell to it upon check in. It was likely coming from the shower curtain. Toilet also was not flushed and had toilet paper in it before I even had the chance to use it. Hallway was riddled with housekeeping stuff (vacuum, dirty linen etc) when I checked in, and it still looked like that the next day when I was checking out. Overall an odd experience considering I enjoyed staying at a different APA hotel.

It's a great location if you are going to Disney. Its clean and employees are really nice. The only complaint is there was no air conditioning.
