The hotel’s pricing is excessive considering the amenities provided. The amenities are outdated, and the room is smaller than comparable APA locations. It can be challenging for travelers with larger suitcases. The nearby stations are far away and require negotiation of multiple flights of stairs. However, this can be tolerable if one is willing to pay for a taxi.

We checkout on Monday, not a busy day. The check-out time is 10:00 I requested to have 30 minute late check-out and it’s been refused. The reception don’t stop to call us every 15 min. And she mentioned on the phone that will be the extra charge of 2000yen. Unbelievable….

Near to tsujiki market and a 20 minute walk to Ginza. The rooms are really small but comfortable for just sleeping in. Had to open the window because they had central heating and can’t be changed, made the rooms really hot.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I really appreciated their help and being flexible. The staff and how nice they were was by far the best part. The room was very functional for our needs. The only item we wish we had was air conditioning.
