Staff attitude was pretty rude. We checked in late around 8pm coz we went to Disney land and came back. One of the male staff talked his colleague in front of us "こんな時間にチェックインかよ" which means how do they check in this late, are you serious? They thought we cant speak Japanese so behaved this way which unfortunately we can understand Japanese. This is absolutely terrible behaviour in hospitality area. I can imagine how they would treat their customers who dont understand Japanese.

The room is well furnished and the female checkin staff was quite helpful and her English was good. The place is quieter from the opposite side of the road which is nearer to the train station. Overall it was a good experience. We were given only two bottles of mineral water for the 7 day stay.

Cozy room, perfect for a short stay. We stayed in a room for two and since we were out exploring, we could tolerate the small space at night. No central AC, but you can open the windows if you get too hot. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Remember to put your bags under the bed for more space. Breakfast was very yummy and mixed with some familiar meals for foreigners. The one recommendation I would suggest to the property is to offer single use toilet bowl cleaners especially since they only clean every two/three days of your stay, this can help people maintain bathroom cleanliness better! Thank you.

Check in was great as the staff made it an easy process and they were very friendly. Lots of hotel amenities. It took a moment to get used to a small hotel room, but, as we had everything we needed, we acclimated very quickly. Breakfast was amazing and that alone was at the top of our culinary experiences while in Japan. We will return to an APA Hotel with our future visits ahead.

I had a brief stay for one night, and it was good. Though the room was small per the typical Tokyo standards, it was clean and well-equipped. Staff at the reception were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The location is great, just 5 minutes’ walk to Ueno JR Station, it was a really good value for money.

A spa in the 2nd floor is a welcome treat. On that same floor you can find washing machines and dryers, this is an amenity that I consider essential.
