The room was very clean, and although it was small, it had enough space to accommodate our luggages (both of us had a check in luggage and carry on luggage as well as a backpack each as our personal item) underneath the bed. When we had to open our luggages, we did it one at a time due to limited space but it wasn't a huge hassle. At the end of the day, we were only at the hotel to shower and sleep and it was more than adequate. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, towels, and hair combs were provided. The staff helped us when needed (primarily for check in and forwarding our luggages) but they weren't particularly friendly or eager to help even when we were trying to speak Japanese to be polite. The washing machine is fine (the laundry is coin operated) but small, but the dryer didn't work at all so we wound up going next door to the laundromat to dry our clothes. I recommend just going there to wash AND dry because the machines are much better and the dryers actually work.
