This hotel was phenomenal for a solo traveler like me. Rooms are fully equiped with amenities and everything you need. The hotel is 5 minutesaway from train station and 7 minutes away from Haneda's Limosine bus at Tokiu Kabokucho Tower.

Had a small issue with housekeeping dropping off very dirty towels as clean ones and when we told the staff they did not seem to care. But overall, great location, nice view, good amenities and nice accommodations.

Convenient but very uncomfortable.

They only provided hard, beanbag style pillows and because it was winter, there was no way to turn on the air conditioner despite it being hot in the room even with everything off. I spent two weeks soaking the bed in sweat as a result. Location and service were good but it was a very uncomfortable stay.

Good breakfast, room was very smalll even for an adult and a child. Note that while location is good, it is at the fringe of Tokyo’s red light district and you will to walk through this area from Shinjuku station to get to hotel.

Loved staying, very convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance and Shinjuku station is a great hub for travel pretty much anywhere that doesn't require to hop on a plane.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo! It was incredibly nice, very safe, and so quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

We definitely love the breakfast food, it was mix of western & japanese food. We also like how the streets are walkable even at night. There are also free toiletries that are available to you. The rooms are small, but my husband and I didn’t have any problems about it. We had 2 carry on luggages and 2 backpacks. We just put our carry on under the bed. There’s also enough power outlets for your electronics.
