Surprisingly large room by Tokyo standards, we were very pleased with our stay. The lobby is basically a coffee shop and bar, although we were too het lagged to stay up and enjoy a conversation. Breakfast was wonderful.
Great location. Within 5 minutes walk of public transport, dining options, Senso-ji temple. The hotel, though small, is clean and offers a quiet sleep.
The property is located in a very convenient location where you can walk to the stations. We have read many positive reviews about this hotel and happy to say it was one of the top hotels in Japan. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We drank a lot of water and having a water filter inside the room was the best! There are two choices for breakfast, Japanese or English. We got Japanese for two mornings and a bit disappointed that breakfast was the same on both mornings. Food was delicious…albeit if we knew what was being served we would have chose English the next morning. Modern, clean, quiet, convenient -perfect for our stay. Will definitely come back
This hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk from the Hozomon Gate, the Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise-dori market, and the Asakusa train station as well as lots of great restaurants and cafes. You feel like you are right in the heart of the neighborhood. This adorable boutique hotel is very well kept and the staff are very friendly. We had the top floor which was an attic converted into a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats. It had two very nice clean and stylish bathrooms. You can see the sky tower lit up from the window. It had two small platform areas with room to set up futons. Or you could leave one side as a sitting area with a small table and floor-chairs if you only use two twin futons on one side. It was just big enough for 5 single futons and our bags but you could squeeze the 6 futons in there if you needed to. There just wouldn’t be much room for anything else.
The showers were impressive with multiple settings and one had a very nice deep bathtub. Everything was very stylish and clean. The traditional breakfast was good but the bread breakfast was not great and was not warmed up properly.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disliked: Staff & service
The pre-checking design is inconvenient. You need to type the same info for the same family member again and again.
Excellent location, near the bustling activities of Asakusa but yet tucked away in a side street for some quiet rest at night. The staffs are extremely friendly and the room is comfortable and clean.
I had a comfortable stay at Asakusa Kaede. The room is modern, spacious and clean. Bedding is comfortable too. It's also centrally located, in the heart of the action but it's not noisy. Will highly recommend the place to those visiting Tokyo. Special thanks to the staff who assisted me by calling a taxi and provided the destination info to the taxi driver. It bridged the language gap and such gestures are very much appreciated.
