Stayed here with family and then came back to stay by myself and the quality of the hotel was the same as it was before. Everything is nice, clean, spacious, and the staff are always ready to help. There are so many places just within walking distance to food, shopping, and tourist sites.

This property was amazing!! The rooms are nice and spacious. This area is also very central so it's easy to walk around to so many sites or catch any trains to where you want to go. The staff was so friendly and helpful with our family which had lots of luggage, but they helped us anytime we needed it.

Great hotel all around. The staff, the room cleanliness and the location were excellent during our stay. It’s close to the shrines and you can walk daily to visit these beautiful sights. Great location, close to so many food, entertainment and shopping options. The staff were very kind and helpful. We got to attend one of the special geisha performances held ant the hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. We would highly recommend staying here.

Everyone is so nice. Rooms are excellent! Had to change our dates last minute due to Air Canada strike - they were very understanding and helpful. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, etc. is all around the corner. Senso-ji is closer than it seems. Ueno station is a bit of a walk, but still not too bad. Very happy!
