Very good

The room was a good size in the context of Tokyo and the bathroom was quite big. The hotel is well placed to the underground train system and as such is very convenient. We took advantage of the substantial breakfast that is available.
Had to get this room in the last minute because we missed the Shinkansen, should have just slept on the street! Did not sleep at all because of the noise plus rooms look destroyed!!!
The hotel had everything you needed. Close to the subway, dining and entertainment right outside the door. Shrines and attractions an easy walk away. Accommodating staff and a bag full of amenities. Would stay again!
It was a nice place to stay, and the staff was very helpful and spoke English as well. The room was extremely tiny; we knew to expect a tiny room, but this was way too small, and our main problem was the air-conditioning system. For some reason, you cannot control it yourself from the room. After 5 pm, there is just blasting heat turned on for everyone. The only option is to turn it off. Other than that, the location, staff, and convenience are all great.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was a little dirty. The matress was stained and the shower was leaky and got everything wet.
This property has spa only for man and not for women. Discriminating women. Check out at 11:00 but no any where them will charge you extra. We are late 25 minutes. Husband has emergency to used restroom and them charge as 2000 yeen. No room service available but it’s says is room service. Room is 8 feet to 8 feet. It’s to small and no this information

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was extremely cramped and small compared to most hotels we used during our 15 nights in Japan. The advertised were not accurate. Hallway in main building was dingy and had an amonia smell during our stay. Our room at least had a closet, our friends room did not.
