Worked great for our time in ikebukuro! Great location, very easy to walk to shops, food, and the station nearby. There's a family mart and ramen shop on the first floor too! Super convenient. Staff was very helpful with questions. Good size room for two twin beds. Was able to open suitcases and get by just fine. Would stay there again.

The hotel is so clean. Our room was comfortable but not very big. They may have larger rooms, we booked one with two twin beds. It was nice that there was a mini fridge. Walking to Sunshine City Mall was quick and easy. Actually, it was easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and helpful. We didn't add the breakfast buffet when we booked our rooms because we weren't sure if we would use it. It was quick to go to the desk and purchase tickets. My husband's favorite thing was the spaghetti. There was an interesting variety of food to choose from. Having a Family Mart on the ground level was so nice. Most of the staff spoke English so that made things easier for us. All in all, I'd stay there again and would recommend it if I knew someone was traveling to the area. Not super fancy but it's clean, comfortable and convenient.

Food options and internet were great. Room was always clean and comfortable and staff were great and very helpful. They held our bags after checkout until our hotel transfer arrived which was several hours wait. Thank you!

I like the location of this place, the cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff. My only complain is the water temperature of the bidet in our room was too hot, I asked the staff to lower the temperature but they were not able to :(
