Our stay was wonderful, we had concerns while booking-about the size of the room but when we arrived it was great and fit both my daughter and I perfectly fine. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. We loved the view and didn’t feel it was noisy at all. Definitely would book again.

This was our first time staying in a different area of Shinjuku. The property was located next to a metro which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and with shipping our luggage to Toyama. The rooms were clean and quiet. I loved that we were next to a Tully's, McDonalds, Lawsons, and Don Quixote. There were a ton of restaurants in the area as well. It was a short walk to see Godzilla in Shinjuku and it gave us a chance to explore another side of Tokyo.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, very convenient for many things. The rooms are very small, like college dorm rooms. The beds are very hard and hard on the back. I’d rather sleep on the floor. The pillows are equally as hard. The bathroom, especially the shower is bite sized. Literally half a shower.

Small but functional room, perfect for 2 people. Very clean and its convenient when it comes to subway transportation. Have also a 7 eleven store near the hotel good for grabbing some night snacks or breakfast. Our stay here is wonderful. Staff speaks English.
