The gardens were lovely. Room was large with lots of amenities, but dated. Pillows good. Bed good. TV needs updating to smart tv. Restaurants at this property are insanely expensive for no reason-read the room. Why would anyone pay $100 for breakfast?

This hotel is very convenient since it is very close to the Shinagawa station so we stayed at this hotel several times. But it seems the quality and service of this hotel is declining. This time, the room was not ready till 16:15 for 15:00 check in. And we were told that our check out time is still 11:00, the normal time. Staff were not that friendly as used to, and had less smile.

Great hotel. One of the best and most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Hotel was clean and in great shape. Staff were all great. Beautiful garden and koi pond at the hotel. Short walk to the Shinagawa station. Not a whole lot around the hotel besides the train station.
