Room was a little warm for the fall weather season. When I spoke to the hotel staff aboutvthe issue, I was told that "The entire hotel was set up for central heating, and that my individual room AC/Heating panel would not go below a fixed temp setting.". It was then suggested if I wanted the room colder, I would have to shut off the AC/Heating panel and open a window to let the cold air come in to the room.

Great hotel, decent rooms and good location. However the reception staff were not accommodating at all and quite blunt/rude. This was not the case for all staff, e.g., the ladies at the baggage service were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very busy during my stay in October this year (i.e., I had to queue for over 30min) to check in.

Unfortunately, the weather was warm and the hotel had switched from AC to Heat for the winter and the room was extremely hot. They brought a fan and with the window open it was bearable. The fitness room is poorly equipped.
