As my original Flight from San Antonio was delayed for technical issues, I had to be rerouted via Chicago and lost 5 hours. I called the Hotel to let them know that I would be arriving late and when I got to the hotel, a little bit after 12 am on May 20th. 2025, the Front Office Manager would not accept my Credit Card. He informed me that as I had arrived later then 12 am, I would have to make my payment in CASH! If it was not for a Japanese customer who was also checking in, and who made my case with the Front Office Manager, I would have had to make my payment with Cash, but she helped. Thanks to the customer.

Everything you need but smoky and cramped

They had all the essentials however we got a non smoking room and it sometimes reeked of cigerette smoke. Also the room was very small which was to be expected but I still found it hard to navigate. The room also had a fee dead bugs and weird debris on the bed. Not too bad overall the staff was nice and helpful but a little cramped and very smoky.

Looked under the bed and there was trash under. That wasnt mine. I booked by accident a smoke room and i didnt realize. I asked to switch rooms and they denied me bc “we have no space” yet online it said they had room available smoke free. They told me to rebook and then made a big deal i rebooked. Expedia told me i shouldnt be charged yet they charged me still and i didnt want to make a big deal, i was just glad i was able to switch rooms. Elevator kept breaking down. It smelled bad in the elevator and the hallways. After being switched to my new room, i checked under the bed and there was bottles that were not mine again. And the shower curtain were really dirty

The staff were not present at the front desk when I walked in. Apparently, I was supposed to ring the bell but since I don’t understand Japanese- I waited for 2 minutes and end up asking the cleaning lady for help. Another bad point was that the bathroom door would not close and one of the light bulb in the middle wouldn’t turn off. The clothes set for me were wrinkled-looked used and old. There was no water in the room for me as well. I could also hear the noise of the bathroom shaking every time I turn on the water. I could also hear the room next door.
