We loved everything about this place, minutes from the train & airport. Lots of restaurants just minutes away, walking. Super clean. Great staff! Nice breakfast buffet, totally worth it. Second stay during same trip to Japan. Laundry and gym 24/7. Stay here!

Premise is great, beds are super comfortable. Amenities are good. Only issue is that there are no shuttle provided for travellers to hotel from airport, only have shuttle to take guess to airport from hotel (available for morning only). There is one convenient store and one drug store nearby, but no eateries within walking distance unlike the other hotels at Haneda.

The best airport hotel we'd ever stayed between the flights. Rooms are tiny (common for Japan) but clean, thoughtfully planned, comfy bed, friendly staff, and excellent Japanese style buffet breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle to Haneda airport was very helpful too.

Very convenient to reach from Haneda via the Tokyo Monorail or from the JR Yamanote lineโ€™s Hamamatsu-cho station. This hotel is part of a larger complex called Haneda Innovation City, which has several casual restaurants, a bakery, and a convenience/drug store. The rooms might feel a bit smaller, especially compared to those in the U.S., but they are impeccably clean, and you just canโ€™t beat Japanโ€™s high-tech toilets! The hotel staff were very courteous, and the front desk attendants were attentive during self-check-in, appearing capable of speaking English. The buffet-style breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, with the Japanese items looking particularly healthy and tasting delicious. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The property is very clean and the amenities in the room are great. Housekeeping service is good ๐Ÿ‘. Loved the rooftop feature in the property and was able to view Mt Fuji, Sky tree and Tokyo tower on a clear day.

This hotel was very luxurious. I loved getting a rooftop view of Haneda Airport every night. I was also able to see Mt. Fuji from my room. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom is pretty small and counter space is nonexistent, but that did not bother me much since I was staying by myself. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

My sister and I left our travel pillows in my room. I returned to the hotel in the evening since it was close to the airport and they had it for me all wrapped up in a tote bag. Great service, we would definitely return.
