It was run by robots. If you're introverted, it's definitely for you. Location wasn't bad, a quick walk to the metro where you can go back into Tokyo or ride to the Terminal. About that... They only have a shuttle to the airport at 2 areas of the day, morning and late evening. If your flight is in between, you're SOL. However, they also have free luggage storage which is clutch if you wanna grab some last minute anime and head back after you checked out. All in all...a great place!

Hotel in good location near the airport and handy to be close to a 7/11. Novelty check in with the dinosaurs which my kids liked. Room was ok for 4, not the biggest and one bed which appeared to be a sofa bed was not comfortable and the pillows weren't the comfiest either. However we slept ok and the breakfast was tasty. Very handy to have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Staff we met at breakfast were friendly.

Fun themed reception area, very clean rooms and the airport shuttle is very convenient. Nice local neighborhood that’s pleasant to walk thru on your way to the train station. Check in/check out process was a little clunky but the staff was quick to help. Would stay here again!

The airport shuttle is a god send didnt have to catch the train and it was very prompt and on time and came in handy because we had a lot of luggage, and loved the room very quiet and spacious will be coming back to you next year

Didnt take shuttle to or from the airport. Didnt know there was one. Air conditioning would turn off every once in a while, we probably kept using the timer. Room was clean and staff provided everything needed.

Very nice. Great bathroom. Loved the touch of the shelf in the lobby with all the toiletries and things. Great proximity to train and food. Also loved being able to lock up luggage downstairs until flight.

There were 4 of us that stayed here overnight when we arrived at the Haneda Airport as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle pick-up. The shuttle pick-up (location & times) at the airport was not very clear as we found out that there were only set pick-up times in the morning and evening.. It was a good thing that when we arrived late that there was a shuttle coming soon. One thing we noticed was that the shuttle driver did not assist with any loading or unloading of any of our baggages The check-in was all done at the counter with no actual person there. The room was clean & decent. There were limited eating places in the area as a lot of places were already closing. The breakfast in the cafe was good and had a good selection. This hotel was okay for 1 night… but, would recommend another place for extended stays.
