We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay. The ocean view was stunning! The room was spacious and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious! There was so much variety and all the food tasted great. The amenities were top-notch, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were luxurious. We also loved the free shuttle service to the Disney railway. It was so convenient and the wait time was very reasonable. Staff is friendly. We would definitely recommend Hilton and will come back if we want to visit the Disney resorts

Great hotel, shuttle provided to Maihama Station running at 20 minute intervals makes travelling convenient. Lawson's available at the lobby level for quick top ups of food and drinks. Magnificent view of the bay for thowe choosing Ocean View. Simple check in and out, rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4, will definitely come again!

Our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay was great. The hotel is always clean, and all the staff are very helpful, organized, and speak fluent English, which made everything so easy. The room was spacious, and the amenities—like toothbrushes, pajamas, and more—were really convenient. Transportation is also a big plus. The limousine bus to Narita or Haneda stops right outside the hotel, and there’s a shuttle to Bayside Station where you can go directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The only downside for me was the laundry machines. It costs 200 yen for 15 minutes, but drying took more than 2 hours, which ended up being expensive and inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with fantastic service and location—just be prepared if you need to do laundry.

Everything about this a Hilton is great. The amenities in the first floor are also top notch. Theres nothing negative to write about. This is worth staying at for any Disney visit!

The room is clean and nice with everything we need. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown with limited selection and certain items not entirely fresh. We will return to this hotel!

Breakfast buffet was too crowded on our last day, with only one side open. Long wait and chaotic. Our view was breathtaking, Hilton definitely has the best location for seeing the ocean view.
