Check-in process was easy.
Only problem was my breakfast buffet booking (via Expedia), which was supposed to be for all five of us, was only done for two adults, so I had to separately pay for the buffet for my three kids (which was pricey). I was told at the front desk that kids over 7 are considered adults at their hotel. The hotel and Expedia need to work together to fix this. Booking a package (flight & hotel) via Expedia should have been seamless.
The hotel staff was very nice, polite, and helpful.
There are two convenience stores (Lawson) to get beverages, food, snacks, …a lot!
The property also has a Disney Store, cafe, bakery, a little sake bar, spa.
I used the laundry facilities. You can pay using 100yen coins or use the app to pay. Using the app was helpful because it notified me when each cycle was done.
I got a massage at the spa. It was fantastic!
One complaint was the noise from the floor above us. The folks above us were walking/stomping around with heavy feet. We could hear all of their laughing! I went to the front desk to complain and was told the staff would speak to them. After 20 minutes, the noise continued again. I called the front desk and was offered to switch rooms. It was 1:00am, so we weren’t going anywhere. If anything, the room above us should have been relocated since they were all wide awake.
Overall, the stay was nice. If we return to Japan, we would consider staying there again.
