The room was amazing, big space, beautiful view and the anti-fog on the mirror of the restroom was super cool perk. The staff, always super nice and helpful, for example on the first day i got there we ended up accidentally leaving a jacket at our bus that had just driven off and when the staff in the front read our body language she understood and immediately started running after the bus which was outstanding of her, shout out to their whole staff. 🙌

Very spacious for a hotel in Japan. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Very convenient location close walking distance to disney monorail station. The hotel also offers free shuttles to the parks and train station/Ikspiari shopping area. Our room was a park view so on a non disney day, you are able to see the fireworks show. Lobby has 2 Laswons and a disney store and other small specialty stores. Will stay here again!

Beautiful and spotless rooms with all necessary amenities! The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful and easy with all the luggage shuffling. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet before walking to catch the Disney monorail!

Staff was extremely helpful. Very courteous it was convenient with all if its amenities. The shuttles were amazing and the airport pickup and drop off were great!

Gorgeous property. Easy access to monorail. View of the parks to see fireworks every night. Spacious room with comfy beds. Only taking away one star because you have to pay for the pool and this wasn’t clear on the listing. My son was so disappointed.
