Great place in shinjuku

Contemporary design, fantastic staff and very comfortable basic room. Location is great. Nearby the gracery so it’s easy to find on a map. Near all the entertainment and nearish the subway. This place is a winner!

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is a stylish and modern hotel with some really fun features! The arcade area inside the building is a great spot to hang out, and the robot delivering amenities to the door was such a cute touch. Plus, the high-floor views are absolutely stunning! However, the neighborhood can get quite rowdy at night, so it might not be the best choice for families. Overall, a great stay for those who love a vibrant and tech-savvy experience in Shinjuku!

Amazing hotel and wonderful breakfast!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room and view was fantastic, location wonderful, Starbucks in the same building, elevators super fast, and breakfast buffet the best we had in Japan! (But I do wish the offered an ala carte menu, as Americans don't typically eat huge buffet portions during the hours of 730-1030am.)

Great place to stay!

I loved staying at Hotel Groove Shinjuku! Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and you can get great views of the city. The restaurant is also fantastic!

Very happy with this hotel and I really enjoyed the view from the room. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was great. The only criticism is that the gym was not included in the price so if you wanted to use it you had to pay extra (approx. $60 CAD per hour).

Great Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel twice for the Tokyo Marathon, and both experiences were great. Last year, I stayed with my family, and we had a pleasant time. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was how they kindly held onto my ASICS marathon pack for me, that was really thoughtful! However, the breakfast menu could use a bit of improvement. While it was decent, I think there’s room for a wider variety of options to make it even better. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone attending the Tokyo Marathon or visiting the city in general. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future!
