Less than 5 min walk from train station. Train station also leads to Disneyland. Cozy and comfortable room. Mini kitchenette is very convenient to heat up food bought from convenient stores. Convenient stores are everywhere; 3-5 min walk distance from hotel. A lot of restaurants close by too! Less than 30 min away from Tokyo station.

방에 총 4명이 같이 쎴는데 식탁 있고 냉장고 큰고 화장실도 큰고 전자레인지에 음식 해먹을수 있고 지하철역도 가깝고 좋습니다 ~ 한가지 단점 빨래방이 1층에 있는 세탁기 너무 잡고 카드 사용안됨 드라기 빨래 몆개만 넣고 돌려야지 건조가 잘 안됨

Place was great, close to train station, groceries, and restaurants. The only downside is the train transfers we had to take 2 trains to get around Tokyo's main attractions. Otherwise it was great and affordable too.

An introverts dream. Check-in and out are done online, communication with staff is via Line app. They provide all amenities, if you stay less than 7 days no one comes to clean which is awesome. There is baggage hold area and laundry room. Everything everywhere is clean. They now have locations closer to the ideal tourist areas, I’ll be staying with them again for sure 👌

Great location for Disneyland. Easy access to transit and food, with a grocery store, many restaurants and kombinis nearby. The room was a good size for two adults and two kids, with a small kitchen for making coffee and eggs in the morning. Coin laundry was a bonus. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

Me gusto mucho la propiedad es muy grande el apartamento muy lindo para una familia. es muy bonita el area muchos lugares de comer y el Metro a 3 minutos. No me gusto el metro esa linea siempre esta llena de trabajadores del area nunca habia un tren que podia llevar una carreola. muchas veces tuvimos que pagar taxi un precio muy caro desde los lugares del centro. es lo unico que no me gusto la linea del metro. es terrible.

Not having a front reception to check in and arrange taxis (go taxi app not working for me) to get to the Shinkansen at 6am (my bad for booking it so early) not realising local subways don’t run earlier than 5am was cutting it close was a little inconvenient and stressful especially for first time visitors. There was no problem solving. The virtual staff member didn’t even attempt to explain/solve the issue. Very unhelpful. I guess this was my problem for arranging the bullet train so early. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Far from the main city areas but very close to Nishi Kasai station. Plenty of food choices around the area. No housekeeping provided for less than 7days stay just to note.

Never have we stayed somewhere as peaceful as this. The accommodations were very comfortable and exactly what we needed during our time in Tokyo. You will be blown away by the sheer lack of sound in Nishi Kasai. We were truly at peace here.

I really enjoyed this property, especially the fact that it has a range and microwave. Check in was easy and when I needed help, they had a tablet that makes a video call .
