The basic job of a hotel is to provide somewhere to sleep for the night; this one fails on that simple score. My room had a fan running constantly in the bathroom, which could be heard in the bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep. According to the front desk staff, all rooms are the same here. I am astonished that anyone designing or running a hotel would think that this is acceptable. If you value a good night's sleep, my advice is to find somewhere else to stay.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful! The room was bigger than I thought and very clean! The location was great - near a train station! The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport was also convenient and the driver was really kind! Overall a great experience staying in this hotel!

It was very convenient and safe. I didn’t eat breakfast but it look very simple. But you’re better off going to 7/11. The staff were great I love them !! They gave me wrap for my luggage items and held my luggage after check out so I can continue touring. The room is very small and the bathroom was even smaller. So don’t expect much.

Nice and cosy hotel near station, modern and clean. Hotel breakfast was good too. Safety focused and they are strict with having no outside guest in room. Staff are helpful and friendly. There are nice Japanese restaurants close by too, convenient for both near airport stay and to visit Tokyo.

The room was great. Got the hollywood twin which is basically a king+. Room was spaciois and had plenty of room for two huge bags. Im 6'4 and had no problem. Very close to airport. Direct train right across the street of the hotel. Ive come here at the beginning of 3 trips now because of its location and convenience. They offer a breakfast for an extra cost. I have not tried but it looked ok. Maybe next time. Thank you very much.

The standard twin room was really small and difficult for two people to move around, however, it was clean and in good condition. Hotel one block in from Main Street in quiet neighborhood. Great for relaxing after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, and before taking a flight home. Airport shuttle for a.m. only until 9:40am. Checkout is 10:00am, however you can pay per hour for late check out.

We only stayed here due to having a super early flight. It was close to the airport line and the shuttle was helpful but you need to check in super early to get a spot in the 5:10/6:10 shuttles. We ended up just catching the train which was fine. Room was great and comfortable
