Comfortable room and great bathroom with no wait for hot water and wonderful toiletries. The beverages in the adorable lobby had lots of choices. Very convenient for visiting Jimbocho. Three train stations nearby make it easy to get anywhere. It's on a quiet street and even though the hotel was full, it was so quiet.

Maron was the best along with every employee at this location. Their lounge area was well kept and clean. The fact that they had self-serving drink station with Melon soda, I'll be back to this hotel location.

Lovely hotel that’s very conveniently located by JR and Metro lines, shops and restaurants. It’s a really wonderful hotel, with helpful and professional staff, comfortable and reasonable size rooms for its location in Tokyo. Excellent touches include the adorable little robot Maron that warmly greets you in reception, complimentary hot and cold drinks in the reception area with a nice work/break area.

Check in started out fine but one we made it to our room things took a downward spiral. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and unstable, the back of the toilet seat was filthy and the bidet sprayed wildly. We reported this all to the front desk immediately in the hope it could be resolved before we returned in the evening. Unfortunately upon our return later that evening our concerns were not corrected, we again reported this to the front desk but there was a lack of understanding, once we brought a staff member to the room and showed them our concerns it was then finally resolved. The staff finally moved us to a new room and were very apologetic, we appreciated their kindness. After the room change our stay was wonderful.
