This is a huge hotel adjoining Haneda airport. The convenience of getting up and walking to departures was so useful. It made trips from Tokyo completely hassle free. The staff are all amazing and really friendly and helpful.

When I entered to the room, it was smelling cigarette so bad. I was so tired from long flight. But, since I have an asthma, I had to go back to the lobby. They changed a room. But no upgrades or anything!!! When I checked out, employee was ignoring me even I was on waiting line and called a person right front of me and after me. He was soo rude. I was so disgusted. Over all, I was disappointed.

I would have rated this perfectly except for the manager who was not flexible. I booked the room erroneously for 1-person, when I checked in, I was informed they would charge me for 2000 JY for each additional person. The receptionist excused himself and came back informing that the charge is 4000 JY each instead of 2000. I negotiated with the manager who did not listen at all. I was so upset and tired that I went ahead and paid the 8000 JY anyway. They don’t care for loyalty and reviews anyway. I mentioned I checked out from the same hotel for a 4-night stay but missed my flight so I had to check in for an additional night.

The early check in was a god send. Checking in at noon was well worth the extra $20. The Onsen was AMAZING. Hot spring on the 12th floor overlooking Tokyo by night is a memory for life And then a quick 5 min walk to terminal 3 to catch my flight, tops.

So I stayed at this hotel ( it was located at the Haneda airport) after my flight got canceled back to Seattle. I checked in for one night planning to fly out the following day, the next morning my flight was also canceled, I booked again for a second night. The next morning they made me check out of the hotel at 11 AM and recheck back in again at 3 PM, made me take my luggage out of the room and leave the hotel until 3pm. I asked if I could just stay in the same room and not have it cleaned, I would be flying out at 11 PM that night, they refused to let me do that, told me I had to pay $70 extra if I wanted to stay the four hours in between. Not good customer service! The front desk was very unaccommodating because I had booked my reservation through Expedia and not through the front desk.
