Nice clean room and very easy access to onsen on the 12th flr. Whenever I need to stay overnight for transfer, I will come back. The onsen was including in my stay when I booked, it’s multi entries so I can revisit the onsen during staying here.

Check in was difficult. We were told they couldn't see the reservation on their end so we had to sit in the lobby until our booking was viewable on their end. Room was really spacious and clean. One of the servers at the bar was really rude the entire night so it was difficult to get drinks ordered at times. We loved that the hotel connected to the hotel so we didn't have to get a taxi back there in the morning.
