Overall it is a great place. Had a bad experience checking in but other than that it was good. We had breakfast and dinner each night as part of the package. It was good but there was really no variety nigh to night. We ate there for 5 days/nights and it was starting to get old. Changing up the buffet would have earned better scores. Having the laundry was very nice. Again if not for the rude employee when we got there early, which I already posted about, it would have received excellent.

The hotel is directly connected to a huge shopping mall, so convenient. So glad this time I was offered very comfy room. Furthermore, I must mention one thing. I left my rental stuff in the room that should have been returned to the shop in Tokyo, I noticed that when I got to the Tokyo Int'l airport. With my phone call to ask for taking care of it, the problem was solved. I truly appreciate the hotels handling.

New clean hotel, very friendly staff, who, despite language barrier at times, did their best (thanks to Google Translate). Amazing breakfast buffet, can try the onsen experience in the mineral pools in the spa. Close to a metro line, so although the hotel is not centrally located, one can get to other Tokyo neighborhoods easily

Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient.

The staff was great overall. My only complai is a bag of garbage was left behind inside our room but the person has apologized. The hotel was supposed to be sound proof but I can still hear the street car at 16 floor. Overall, Villa was a great place to stay and will definitely go back. Note to manager, please give more discount at the onsen and if it include in our stay would even be better! Thanks everyone at Villa Fontaine!

Easy check in at the auto counters and saves you a lot of time. Rooms are not huge but at least comfortable. Will stay again if in the area for work.

My family and I enjoyed our stay with easy access to a supermarket, drug store, convenience stores, restaurants and many more great shopping opportunities within the area. Also, easy access to the train station.
