Title: A perfect 10/10 stay — my go-to hotel in Tokyo This was another fantastic stay—an easy 10/10 experience. We were a family of four across two rooms, and it’s not our first time here. Whenever we come to Tokyo, we choose this hotel. Don’t be put off by the “airport hotel” label. It’s actually super convenient: - Ginza is about 20 minutes by taxi or around 30 minutes by train. - Getting around the city is easy with trains, buses, and taxis right downstairs. The hotel is very clean, quite new, and the service is excellent. Our favorite part is the natural hot spring. It’s complimentary for guests and genuinely top-notch—spacious with both indoor and outdoor areas. Outside, there are three large pools; inside, multiple pools plus dry sauna and steam options. It’s such a treat after a day out in Tokyo. There’s also a 24-hour restaurant connected to the bath area, so you can grab food even late at night. Overall, this is my no-brainer choice in Tokyo. Consistently convenient, spotless, great service, and an incredible onsen. Highly recommended for families and frequent travelers alike.

The hotel is so convenient for an early flight, while still providing quick access to areas of Tokyo. Our room at the Villa Fontaine Premier was spacious. Free use of the rooftop onsen was a big highlight.

One of the nicest and best airport located hotel anywhere. The location was perfect for our initial arrivals and then final departures at the airport. Classy, first rate hotel that makes you feel special with outstanding staff and VERY comfortable rooms, good food, huge exercise area & spa / Onsen on top floor. Decent shopping and restaurants in the attached airport mall steps out of the hotel towards the airport. The hotel restaurants are all excellent but the other neighboring options offer very nice options. It's not in the city, but maybe that's the point.

very comfortable beds. spotless clean. the staff was very accommodating, they even accompanied us to the room seeing we had the stroller and luggage and 2 small kids. the bar fridge was also filled with drinks, which are all free! there is a coffee machine and some snacks in the room as well, all free. the inhouse onsen was also superb.

One of the best ‘airport hotel’ we have ever stayed in. An easy walk from the terminal. (Be careful, there are two versions of this brand: Premier and Grand. We stayed at the Premier). The room was small but had everything you needed to relax after a long flight. It as super clean and the view of the river is amazing. Staff is super helpful and kind.
