The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was really clean and when we wanted services to clean the room, it was stocked well and smelled clean (new towels, garbage removal, bathroom cleaning).
Their cafe was very cute although i didnt get the chance to try their food.
The location was very close to the family mart just steps away. A few mins from the train station, grocery and other restaurants.
The only thing I can say that could be improved is their instructions for how to use the tv as it was challenging logging in a times and to have the option to rent a microwave for the room.
I hope to stay again in the future!
Spacious and clean room and bathroom, coffee and pastries in the cafe downstairs were delicious, and if anything more needed, a Family Mart is right across the street. The only very slight issue we encountered was communication in English with a member of the staff…thank goodness for Google translate! All staff members were very accommodating and the walk to the nearest train station (Fudomae Mae) was about 10 minutes from hotel and 15 minutes going back as it’s a slight uphill walk. Would recommend and would stay here again.
The room was delightful, very spacious the decor was lovely, everything was super clean. I liked the area it was in although wish it was slightly closer to the really active part of town. Breakfast was tasty, but I worry about getting enough protein when on vacation and it would have been nice to have an option that provided that when charged extra for breakfast. If it had been a free breakfast, no complaint.
Loved staying in this neighborhood for our time in Tokyo. We were visiting Japan on our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the room size was quite large. I loved that we were on the main floor and the hotel is connected to a bakery so you could faintly smell the pastries being baked in the morning. We enjoyed coffee and tea from Ordy bakery both mornings. Staff was really kind and helpful. They also stored our bags for a few hours after checkout. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends in Canada!
Rooms were excellent with a wonderful layout, they were classy but economical and well appointed with great amenities. Beds were comfortable. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages of coffee. That coffee was tasty though!
We liked the bakery on the first floor but the fact that they would bring in locals made for breakfast time a little stressful trying to find a seat. There were a few times where the bed sheets were sour with mildew and that was definitely the lowlight. The general orientation and features of the room were a little impractical, but service was nice.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bakery by the front desk very convenient and delicious pastries and breads.

The rooms are very spacious and nice but unfortunately the mattresses are very firm. Bathrooms are newly constructed and have great features. Cons; the cafe gets very packed by outside customers and there is very little to no space for hotel guests to enjoy the space. Also the cafe menu is extremely limited they have a variety of pastries but only 2 actual cooked to order dishes available. We tried both and would not re order. The coffee and tea is okay and the pastries we tried were good. The check in desk is basically the cafe counter so it’s very uncomfortable to come in to a full cafe with all your luggage tired and trying to check in, there is no place for you or your family to sit and wait while you check in. It feels very claustrophobic and crowded. Getting into the city was simple but did require a train transfer or two. There is two family marts across the street which is very convenient and a small playground down the street and a few dining options nearby.
The hotel and bakery were awesome.
It’s a very residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the popular Tokyo shopping areas. If you only have a couple days in Tokyo, you’d probably want to stay closer/walking distance to either Shibuya or Shinjuku.
