We stayed here 2 nights to do Disneyland and the hotel was great. Staff and services were excellent. The Food at the garden restaurant ambience was great but the food was ok. We did not have breakfast here but went across the road instead as they have more shuttle buses to Disney.

An amazing Hotel

It was my first time staying at this hotel. I got checked in and Bisu at the front desk went above and beyond to answer all my questions. His manager Hirano did a great job as well if I needed extra help with additional questions as well. The room was big with two large twin beds. I slept really well, and it was perfect. It was nice and quiet too. The bathroom was neat with the shower being outside the bathtub. The water pressure was perfect, and I didn't feel like I was taking a shower in the rain. The breakfast was amazing. There was so many food choices to choose from. I loved it and made sure I was full before going to the Disney parks. I loved how the hotel provided Limo Bus service to either the HND or NRT airport. I enjoyed this service. In all, my stay was absolutely fabulous and everyone at the hotel was amazing !!!

Had a great stay, although far from all the sigh seeing areas of Tokyo the area of the hotel is quite, clean, and great to go to walk around. The ocean view is great as well. The transportation to and from Disney is a big perk!

Well where do I start the good part is super clean one check in staff was amazingly helpful with everything we asked ! Room service is terrible no one answer the phone, the menu very small and limited same as the dinner menu . Couldn’t connect my Netflix to the TV managers and staff came in and tried and nothing works they blamed the company all we get is so sorry so sorry however we were able to watch Netflix on our phones. Everywhere you need to go is at least one hour by train location is not great if you wanted to see other areas of Japan !

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The food was great and the rooftop bar was great after a long day of sightseeing The Halloween specialty drinks were delicious! The shuttle was convenient for getting around

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was completely helpful and very kind! With the shuttle buses that leave the hotel and go to Disney and the shopping mall this is a really great way to get around the city without having to spend extra money.
