We loved our corner room with park view! It was great for our family of four. Hyatt Regency Shinjuku is newly renovated, the room we stayed in was pretty much brand new. Staff were super friendly and nice! We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The access to Shinjuku station makes it very easy to navigate Tokyo. We liked it so much that we already rebooked.

Lovely looking hotel, fantastic lobby, staff were brilliant. Room was comfortable, beds really good. However, the hotel has really poor soundproofing, which meant loads of bangs, thumps, and other noise throughout the night - which really lets it all down.

The hotel is very nice. Our only issue was that we requested a room for 3 people, when we arrived the room we were assigned had only 2 twin beds and no space for an extra bed. When we went down to the reception desk to present our issue we were told that they would set up an extra bed in the room. We told them there was no space and if they were able to fit an extra bed there would be no space to maneuver inside the room. There only offer was to upgrade us to a suite and charge us $450 additional dollars for our 2 night stay. We declined. They set up the extra bed. We had to climb over the extra bed to be able to access the bathroom. We managed but it is definitely NOT what you expect from a Hyatt Regency.

The Hyatt was great, I just wish the restaurants stayed open a little later. It was clean, the staff was great. We were able to store our bags for 3 days till we got back from Osaka.
