Nice hotel, but not worth the price

Pretty hotel, but not worth the money! There is no pool, no place to admire the view upstairs like a sky bar/ viewpoint, the breakfast is very limited and the staff removed personal items from my room that were in my gown, that I didn’t put out for laundry. You pay for the amazing few of the chandeliers in the foyer. But I would recommend using other hotels near by that are at equal price tag but offer much more.

Staff and service was excellent. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself. Also very business friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent but dining in the crossroads kitchen can be expensive. Beware about times, dining ends early in the area and you may be find yourself out of options very fast but there are options open until later at a somewhat walking distance (+800m)

The common areas of the hotel are excellent, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the breakfast was outstanding. My room however was pretty lousy; just a standard room and size was as expected, but very tired and just a bit smelly. Unique combination of ancient cigarette smoke and damp.

The staff provided exceptionally kind and attentive service, and all of my requests were handled with precision. The room was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings—close to the park and the prefectural office—were quiet and relaxing. Convenient pedestrian access through the tunnel made it easy to reach the Shinjuku Station area, and the limousine bus from the airport was a great advantage. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for our first few nights in Japan. Close enough to the excitement of Shinjuku without the noise or chaos. Easily walkable and felt safe. We had a king room on the high floor, which was in excellent condition, comfortable, and having the 7-11 just downstairs was great. Would definitely stay again.
