A comfortable base to explore Tokyo from

The hotel was less than five minutes walk from the subway (look for the lift exit) and we were warmly welcomed. We arrived early and although the room wasnt free we left our bags. It was a very convienient base to explore Tokyo from. We did not have breakfast there but there are coffee shops and resturants nearby. The room was clean and fresh although we did have to ask how to operate the lights (there is a black panel with black switches on it in the recess of the headboard!!). It was our first experience of Japanese toilets and once you got used to a constantly warm seat and preflushing when you sat down the whole 'bidet' experience was quite nice.

Small rooms

My only complaint would be that rooms are very small. I was on a girls trip and I’m glad I decided to not share rooms because this hotel as charming it is, the rooms are very small. Other than that is great. Close to metro and convenient stores.

We had an amazing stay here! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our time visiting Disneyland and it was perfect for what we needed! Our room was extremely clean and staff was so friendly. The breakfast offered was a great start to the day, would definitely stay again

Overall good stay, it is also close to both JR and Metro subway stations. The rooms were good and comfortable. but I have to say the breakfast was the worst we ever had in many Japanese hotels. It used lobby as breakfast area, so the whole lobby is close all day. the food had almost nothing to choose from, and each plate had very little stuff, which looked like they were ready to clean up and close the area.
