Laundry area is small and dryers didnt work, staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Including breakfast was important but very limited options. There is not really anything other then 7-11 or family mart for any other breakfast options near by.

They need more washing machines; two washing machines are not enough for the entire hotel. It was very difficult to find time to wash my clothes.

We had the standard twin so a bit larger than usual but what was strange was that there was no cupboards at all. Some hooks on the wall and that was it. So thankfully we had some room to leave our luggage open and we used it as the cupboard. No view from the room but comfortable otherwise. Location was good and breakfast nice.

Great space in the room for Tokyo standards. Well designed and comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Location may not be most convenient for some tourists as only Tokyo Metro line within easy walking distance and Ginza shopping district is about 20min walk. If you enjoy walking, it is a nice walk to see all the different buildings. Overall a nice hotel.

Overall a nice, clean place near the Tsukiji Market, which is why I chose it. Super close to 7-11 and the bus line and a short walk to the metro. Breakfast was excellent. The beds are a little hard and the location is just okay for getting around Tokyo.

Double room is fine for 1 person, difficult for a couple. No space for luggage and to store clothing or personal items. If staying for multiple nights, opt for a larger room. Lots of quick food pick up options near by. Laundry room busy.
