Property was very dirty and not maintained properly. None of the traditional amenities in rooms. No way to get ice, restaurant was used for luggage storage. Overall very disappointing

Worth it!

Koko Hotel was lovely for out first night in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had with patience and kindness. The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome).

A pleasant hotel reasonably close to Tokyo Station. We were four to a room so a little cramped but the lay-out made things easy for us. No complaints at all.

The property is very clean and has one of the best breakfast buffet in ginza area. The other thing I love about this property is its location. From the hotel you can just hop on the bus if you want to go shopping in Ginza or do a day trip out of Tokyo through Tokyo station. I highly recommend this place and I will surely book Koko hotel on my next visit in Japan.
