Check in was horrible. They only have check in kiosks. When I arrived I had to pull a number to check in. And I sat in lobby for 15 minutes like I was at the DMV. There were 3 employees just standing around watching over people checking in. It feels like they could have just been checking people in. Also there are two elevators to leave the hotel. The fist one takes you to the lobby so you have the go to the lobby then take a different elevator to get to your room. Same goes for when you leave. You must take an elevator to the lobby and transfer to the other elevator to leave the building.
