One of the rooms we booked smelled like sewage , the entire floor, we had to move rooms at midnight and no apology was made , they moved us to another identical room. Heat didn’t work. Not a bad spot and structure but terrible service.

Loved it! Location worked well for us- close to shinbashi station which got us everywhere. About. 13 min walk. Close to kombini stores. It was clean and the room perfectly appointed with 2 beds for my sister and I. Small bit excellent for the value. Liked the free lounge and coffee machine which made late/ strong coffin. The

I had a wonderful stay at this small but incredibly charming hotel in Tokyo. The room was compact, as expected in the city, but thoughtfully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was laid out efficiently, making the space feel cozy rather than cramped. One of the biggest highlights was the location — just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. Despite being so well-connected, the area was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after long days of exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and calm, with small shops and cafés nearby, adding to the local charm. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a cute, clean, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff was very courteous during our stay. A plus was the lounge with complimentary coffee and tea on the top floor. Also, a plus was the washer dryer for longer stays. If you stay 3 or more days, housekeeping is included. I was surprised how impeccable housekeeping was. The only negative was how small the bathroom was.
