The room was just the right size and cozy, my room was cleaned every day by housekeeping, all staff was very helpful, friendly and bilingual japanese and English. I definitely recommend this hotel, is close to convenient stores and train station.

Our stay was great. Customer service was great and the facility in it's entirety was very clean. Anyone who wishes to gym would probably be disappointed with the equipment they have as it is very limited. There also aren't mang restaurants or cafes around compared to staying near the main cities but what you trade that for is peace and quiet. It is also perfectly situated next to the train station so overall this place is highly recommended.

Staff was very accommodating, we had shipped our luggage and it was waiting in our room, also allowed a late check out and the airport shuttle was convenient and quick. Short walk from Otorri train station and lots of food options nearby.

Spacious, clean and modern room. Staff very friendly and helpful, also very English friendly. Shuttle bus was very confident for our early morning commute to the airport. Hotel is very easy to get to on the airport line. Would absolutely stay again.
