Was a bit smaller than expected but that’s Japan for you, overall great place to stay. So many restaurants and things to do, not to far from a station either.

Very happy with the in room washer/dryer, provided alot of convenience for us. But it was said that they will clean the room for us on 3rd day but nothing was done, not sure if this is upon request. Other than its quite a far walk from Asakusa temple area itself, we are still very happy with the stay. Amenities in the room were perfect. We had a small dining table, microwave oven, drawers were well equiped wjth necessary kitchen needs.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable vacation here. The check-in/out was easy, the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, and our room was clean. The family suite provided basic kitchen supplies and appliances, including a washer-dryer. Three subway stations—Asakusa, Tawaramachi, and Iriya—are all within a 15–20 minute walk. 7-Eleven, local supermarkets, and the Senso-ji temple area are also within walking distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the room is spacious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing — there were hair and stains all over the room. I also asked a question one month before check-in and never received any response. The location is about a 15-minute walk to the shopping area or the subway. I’ve stayed at the Minn-Gion location before, and this property is definitely not at the same standard.

Room was spacious for japanese standards, very convenient to have in-suite washing machines and centrally located to trains and main asakusa area. Cons: could be cleaner..especially in the shower/bathroom area..there was mould/pink build up and drains got clogged. Also gets super loud if you are on the bottom floors because you can hear upstairs dining room chairs getting pushed, children crying, etc. Its more of a family hotel.

Our stay was okay but could’ve been better. Check-in wasn’t thorough, and we had to figure things out ourselves using QR codes. The room had a slight odor, dusty surfaces, and tatami beds that smelled and looked heavily used. We needed to request new sheets. The washer and dryer didn’t work well even after a tub clean, leaving clothes damp and with a strange smell. Location is about 10 minutes from the train station, which was convenient, but overall the stay felt below expectations for the price.
