The room was nice and clean. It was spacious enough for two people with two carry-on luggage. There were laundry machines but the wash/dryer size is very limited and in limited quantities — 3 for the hotel.

Our room was quite small but functional- close to train station so it was easy to navigate and get to the other parts of Tokyo. Staff eager to help but not knowledgeable enough - we were getting conflicting information about luggage transfer. Other hotels organized luggage transfer with no issues and this hotel struggled with it
