Rooms were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art in the hotel. Amazing lobby. Had dinner in the restaurant twice. Some shops near subway stations. Would stay there again.

Fantastic location close to the metro, trains, restaurants, shops, and bars. The room was a decent size and very clean. The morning pastries and coffee were a lovely touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was comfortable. I choose this location because it the train station is basically attached to the hotel. You just go to the basement level and find what train you want to take and you’re off for your day. The staff are fabulous very accommodating, helpful my husband’s in a wheelchair. They help me with my luggage to my room. They forward my luggage to my next hotel. Everything was wonderful. And on the clear days, which we had, you can see Mount Fuji out the lobby window.
