The room was clean, and a wide variety of complimentary toiletries were provided, which was more than what I received at a five-star hotel during the same trip. If you show up with no luggage, you'd be covered. The train station is connected to the building, and there is always a taxi waiting outside. Transportation is ridiculously cheap in Tokyo, especially the train/metro. There is nothing much to do in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. Lots of shopping in the nearby Ginza area - I would recommend taking a taxi to Ginza if the 15min walk is not your thing. The staff was very helpful and extremely respectful. They stored my luggage free of charge while we took a short two-day trip to Kyoto. The breakfast was tasty, although I did expect more variety. Nevertheless, it was sufficient to start the day.

What was great: The staff were very courteous, efficient, and helpful. The location was convenient for transit (3rd floor of the building had direct access to Shimbashi station). Checking in and out was fairly quick. The toiletries that were provided were lovely. On the first night at the hotel, I bought food at 7-11 that required heating; however, I didn’t realize the room did not have a microwave and when I asked at the lobby, the staff kindly offered to heat up my food in their break room and deliver it to my room. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Not as great: The room was dated but clean. The food at the “Art Colours Dining” was mediocre.

Incredible panoramic view from the 34th floor, higher than the main deck on the Tokyo tower! Very clean, modern and elegant hotel, with a spacious and comfortable queen room, especially for Tokyo!

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is nice as it is located on high floors. However, the room felt a bit outdated in terms of bathroom & lighting controls. It’s definitely worth the price difference to other more modern hotels in the area as a cheaper alternative.
