It felt like a small business hotel in terms of how well maintained it is. I do wish each floor had a shower though.
Overall great price. When I come back to Japan, I will book this hostel again if possible.
Hands down the best hostel. It's amazing how private, well organized, clean, and spacious this place is compared to other hostels. Shout out to Misaki the staff at the front desk. She was so friendly and funny lol. Will definitely be back!
First time in a capsule hotel/hostel. It was easy and convenient. It had all of the basics required including a power point, light and fan in the capsule. The bed was comfortable.
Overall a great stay especially in the semi private room , only 3 people, more space for yourself and your suitcases, things , clothes you can hang , mire privacy and locker is by your bed . The only concern I have is that how I wish the management will add one more microwave , I see people in line waiting for microwave to hear their food especially in the morning and dinner time. Also I wish there’s a dish rack, because some of the plates are still wet in the storage area, one small towel a day is not enough to dry everything.
One good note is the staff are all nice and helpful. Also I like like the fact they have lots condiments in the refrigerator you can use.
Will definitely stay here again next time in Tokyo!
Friendly staffs, nice location between Asakusa and Ueno station. Happy with the overall experience and willing to stay again if i get to visit Tokyo again.
everything is great for this price point. just one thing to note - there isn't much space or seats for doing laptop work, just a small kitchen and the lobby so take note.
The economy cabin was a good step up from a capsule arrangement; not a bad option for a short stay. I would consider staying in it again. It would be nice if the lock box beside the bed was able to be locked though.
Absolutely loved this place, the staff was fantastic. I was able to meet the best people there. And overall a great time. Being there for a whole month was fantastic. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Japan
Overall a good stay on the cusp of busy Asakusa. The surrounding area is quiet with old time charm and you’re just 10-minutes away from the historical sites. My stay was good, but one night was awakened by guests talking loudly past midnight. I politely told them to talk in the common area (which they did). Really no blame to the staff, but I think making the rules more clear to guests might have helped. The building is on the modern side and efficient. Trash did pile up quickly, but that’s somewhat expected in shared areas.
I’d stay again when in the area.
