Perfect for a family! Clean, quiet, accommodating, great location, friendly staff — felt like we were in our own apartment for the week. Had just enough things we needed — we opted for a larger room with separate bedroom. Having our own washer meant bringing less clothes. Very close to convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

My family and I loved this hotel! We got room type 7 for four nights as a family of four. We had lots of room and the place was so comfortable. The shower and kitchen were both fantastic. The staff and amenities were excellent.

Very happy with the property and its staff. Communication was great and prompt. We loved the water pressure in the shower and also the washer/dryer in the room. Very easy to access from the airport too. I would recommend and be happy to stay there again if I’m ever in Tokyo.

Room is spacious. Staff could be kinder. A bit rude at times when asking for simple questions. Hated the fact that each room does not have control over their own temperature. We wanted the room with AC but was told they cannot change since the temperature control is for the whole entire floor

I think this is newly buit. Everything was brand new. It was very spacious, has two TVs, kitchen and even laundry machine. It was super affordable compared to other hotels.

We love every thing in this apartment, kitchen, laundry facilities, spacey, walking distance to fish market in Ginza and we even walked to Tokyo station from here. We called uber often and it costs us less than $10.00 to Tokyo Station. It is quiet here.

The room was a bit dusty but mostly clean. This is one of the newer Mondays, and bathroom was clean without mildew smell. Shower had great water pressure. Staff was competent but interaction was limited.
