Cleanliness and service

Room was clean and service was pretty good. Room was small (narrow and long), so with a third bed there was almost no room to move, but we had squeezed in a 3rd bed in a double twin room. Location was convenient to central Tokyo and very convenient to rail/subway train.

The same room type doesn’t mean same size. I have booked 2 deluxe twin room and they only have 2 of these room on each floor being located the opposite end. 1 of the room is 3sqm smalller but due to is layout, I can not even place a standing luggage in front of the bed where the other room I can fit a small table and chair right in front of the bed. I have also requested both room on the same floor months ahead but because the check-in was done thru self check-in kiosk, there is no way to select your room and at the mercy of the auto location. I end up on floor 7 and floor 10. A very simple breakfast spread. Not egg station though. Choice is very limited. Pot coffee available but not the espresso machine.

Loved this hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, self check-in and check-out were a breeze. It’s clean and in a fantastic location, basically across the street from a train station. It’s not quiet if you open your window, but soundproofing is good if you keep your window closed. There’s a Donki store literally right next door that’s pretty decently stocked. Only con: the bed was WAY too firm for my liking. I plan to stay here again though.

First hotel of my first time in Japan - Impressed

This was my first hotel on my Japan trip and it kicked off my experience in Japan amazingly. It is convenient to most of the main areas and close to a mini don quoite. The room although small could fit my large suitcase and cabin bag fine. The cleanliness was awesome and the staff were friendly. We were worried about baggage delivery to our Airbnb but they aided us with that to help us find a solution. However if the next place you are staying at is a hotel they will also send that on for you too! Furthermore they have a section will all sorts of amenities you could need from sunscreen to spare toothbrushes. Overall I would definitely stay here again next time. Do not get put off by some of the review I didn’t smell anything, be it cigarettes smells or sewage.

We stayed at this hotel twice; we really enjoyed our stay. The cleanness and location are great. The hotel is next to the train station and only two stops away from Shinjuku station. We highly recommended this hotel. We will stay at this hotel again for our next visit to Tokyo.

Good location for our first time in Japan. The station is just steps away. The hotel itself is clean though the room was very tiny would recommend for couples. The only issue was that the washing machine took long to dry the clothes. Other than that a good stay!

Great location to the Takadanobaba Station and shopping/convenience stores are right there as well. Great selection of food options too. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Very clean and efficient hotel. The room is small, but typical of Tokyo. It's close to the metro station and there are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. There is a bakery across the street next to the metro that we loved for breakfast.
