The hotel room is bit bigger than another hotel we stayed in Tokyo. The staff are welcoming, and rooms are neat and clean.

Very convenient location with Airport Bus stop right in front. Staff was helpful and English speaking. Rooms were small but clean.

Good walking distance to shinjuku station & lots to explore just inside the building! most importantly - a family mart right when you walk in! lol overall, we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that the AC would turn off unless our key was in the entrance holder so it was quite hot when we returned to our room after being out all day. Staff was tourist friendly & very kind to us. Made luggage shipping very easy as well which was perfect as we headed to Osaka! Hopefully we get a chance to return.
