It was hot in our room. No air-conditioning, humidifier doesn't cool the room. I told them but did nothing. I already paid our whole stay so I can't transfer to another hotel. Whole stay was sweating!

Laundry machine was a problem as it was 1 am and no dryer available to dry the clothes I started at 11pm 6 washers 4 dryers for a high rise hotel is pretty bad ratio

Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely clean amenities. Buffet breakfast was great. Perfect location. Only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the room was stuffy. The wall switch that read aircon only circulates warm air. The room needs some airflow.

The room was clean, supplies are Good however the air conditioning is controlled by the whole hotel so it ended up like a sauna in our room .
