Rooms were clean and ample size. We stayed for 16 days and used the hotel as a base. In the future the window s would benefit from double glazing.

The hotel is conveniently located right by a JR station and quite well maintained. However, it seems more like a hostel than a 3 star hotel to me. It's quite outdated. The bathroom is ridiculously small and it's quite inconvenient to move around even though I'm a small Asian woman. It's an o-k place to stay in if you just need a no-frills overnight stay option. I feel like it's more expensive than it should be, and there are better options elsewhere.

Although my room was “clean” there were stains all over the walls and carpet. I found very few of the staff to be friendly and I found that even though I put a do not disturb sign on my door they still came in to refill supplies. Overall I probably would not stay here again, sorry!

We had a wonderful stay! The bathroom is really small, but it worked and that’s all that matters. Great location, right across the street from a Lawson’s and only a 7-8 minute walk from two train stations. Very quiet and safe!

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean. There were some stains on the carpet and the shower curtain that probably couldn’t be removed, but overall the room was tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast was indeed quite basic. The location was excellent — we could reach almost everything on foot except for Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace (which is clear from the map anyway). There were shops less than a minute away. It was perfect for spending a few nights here. The room was well-equipped, and cleaning service was provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the money.

I made mention to the front staff that the room was dirty, stains in the carpet and dirt on the walls. Other than that, the staff were friendly and extremely professional. The room was on the 7th floor with a fantastic view.
