Everything was wonderful the only thing i could be upset about with our room is the air conditioning with the room as it was usual warm in our room even though we had it as low as it would go. But we loved the closeness to the train stations and we loved the continent store inside the hotel as we'd go in there often during our visit. I would definitely stay again.

Wow for hotel spaces in Tokyo, this was amazing!The room had older deco but it was super clean! Filled with all the things you needed. Wonderful staff, great conveniences with a Lawson inside, a self serve luggage locker room (best thing ever!!!), bus limousine service with the bus stop right at the door for the airports and disneyland!! Outside you have two train stations near by, walkable to a small complex with 7/11, post office, a bookstore, 100 yen store and food! Tiny bit more is divercity shopping, Small Worlds museum, Team labs! Downside is that the laundry machines are a bit too old inside the hotel and the next one outside is about 20mins. ill be coming back here again!

I can’t remember the last time I wrote negative review but this hotel almost ruined our vacation, and I don’t want others to make the same mistake. The heat/AC has multiple rooms connected to each other, which means if other people aren’t staying in the rooms neighboring yours or if they want a different temperature you’re screwed. The entire building was so hot even though it was so nice and cool outside. We turned down the air and opened the vent by the window (because it was cold outside) but our room was roasting. We stripped my 2 year old down to only a diaper and he couldn’t sleep it was so hot he just cried all night. And this is a toddler who was born on guam and lived without power for weeks. It was so uncomfortable. I asked the front desk multiple times if there was anything we could do and if we could switch rooms and they declined. We booked the hotel as a vacation package so it wasn’t able to be refunded but we couldn’t sleep there so I ended up having to get another hotel.

I put it average due to when I booked it I booked the balcony room for the views but when I got there the balcony was locked due to an ordinance. So if I knew that I would’ve not paid the extra cash for it.

The hotel is a good location especially if you are going on a cruise out of Tokyo. My only issue with the hotel was we had to change rooms because I’m a light sleeper and we were facing the highway. At first they told me the hotel was full and there were no rooms but then I was given a choice of 2 rooms. One was smaller than we had the second was exactly what we were given but on the other side of the hotel plus we had to pay an extra $20.00 per night. That was very disappointing 😒

Very nice staff and great hotel. One downside is you can’t control the AC unit in your room, and were not allowed out on the balcony. So the rooms were on the warm side. Otherwise amazing stay!

Stayed here with my family of about 12 and we completely enjoyed our stay. From the convenience of: being able to hire a cab at the reception with the click of a button, or even the free shuttle service to and fro the hotel, or the 24/7 convenience store on the second floor of the hotel which made our 2am snacking fun. The Ariake area the hotel is situated in is also very family-oriented, so it's very clean, quiet, has lots of sights, places to eat and isn't massively affected by the current tourist boom Definitely recommend the hotel

La ubicación no es la mejor. Pero la zona es linda y tiene muy cerca la estación de metro. Es un típico hotel MUY grande, con un servicio correcto y funcional. Poco personalizado. Check in y out súper rápido La habitación es pequeña, (normal en Tokio) , está bien. Pero no es linda. El baño está muy bien. Pero las toallas son demasiado finitas. Hay muchos productos de cortesía, como té, café, cremas, cepillos de dientes, de pelo, etc etc. En conclusión. No está mal. Tampoco es para recomendar específicamente.
