Great location, generally clean. Host is responsive. Some amenities need to repair. Bed is good except pillow is very soft. Suggest host to provide sufficient amount of toilet roll as we have 4 pax staying for 7 days. Aircon (cold and warm air function). Has a balcony to hang clothes but need to clean up as it is quite dirty. Will stay again but hopefully the host rectify the issues as is a great accommodation and location.

not so clean apartment in excellent location

Excellent location, around 5 mins walking distance from Kamata station where you can basically get everything. Spacious apartment for 4. There is also a room without air con that can accommodate 2 more people. Dusty apartment, sticky floor and food stain in a fork and a cup. No toiletries provided other than towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

室内は清潔で便利な間取りです。ただ、リビングの一部の床材が傷んでいるのか、そこを歩くたびに音がします。階下の方にご迷惑がかかっていないか心配です。 周辺には商店街、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、飲食店など生活に必要な施設が揃っていて大変便利です。 また利用したいです
